Wish I could give something but there nothing here.
Cons
Company wants more all the time from employees and gives nothing. No pay raises in over five years and then pay cut of 5% two years ago. Now they are cutting health care insurance across the board to all employees and making them pay into the health insurance adding up to another 5% plus cut in wages. The other benefits they offer you must pay for all them too so where is the benefit. No matching 401K and the profit sharing is nothing.
