Pros
Strong capability in gaslighting powerless employees into thinking leadership cares for their well-being. Unmatched dedication to giving lip service and shallow performative gestures to mental health, while putting employees in excruciatingly challenging circumstances (that even those seeking growth opportunities would find questionable and unusual) and demanding that they not only exceed expectations, but also maintain a "positive attitude", essentially forcing them to hide their experience and pretend like everything is alright.
Cons
Leadership allows clients to schedule recurring check-in meetings at absurd hours of the day. Junior staff may at times be put in a difficult position of either having to rewire their internal clock and attend these meetings, or having to excuse themselves to maintain their well-being at the risk of being perceived poorly by leadership. Leadership has claimed they do not expect attendance at such meetings, but staff who willingly attend are given praise and shown gratitude.
