Pros
They are SOME good upper management people that work here.
Cons
Upper management and owner are VERY vengeful. They have a "their way or the highway" mindset. They pay employees on the low end of the scale and raises are VERY rare. They make almost everyone sign a non-compete so it's hard to get a better paying job within the industry without the fear of being dragged into court.
