Pros

Management will motivate you, look out for you, help you and listen to suggestions. Management and colleagues will treat you like family and the atmosphere is fun and entertaining..always plenty of laughter. Training never ends, and there are always new things to learn. Once clients start coming in, pay is great, you will always get help in closing prospects. It's not a hard sell, but it is a numbers game...expect to make a lot of calls and get a lot of rejection. Once you get used to the rejection the sky is the limit...as far as earning potential. Parties, lunches, hockey games, bowling, and lots of foosball and bubble hockey.

Cons

Cold calling isn't for everyone, but plenty have done very well with little to no experience prior. Base pay is a little low, but makes sense with how much commission potential there is. Because business is done nationwide...it would be nice to have a flex schedule so employees have the option to come in later and stay later on days they have a lot of calls to make on the west coast.

Pros

This was/is my first Job out of college with no sales background. I didn't know what to expect coming into TDM (or even sales in general). I knew I wanted to try out sales but wasn't sure I was cut out for it, let alone the SEO/ technical world. After my interview, I knew that without a doubt, this was the place for me.... a competitive office with what seemed like laid back, genuine people/bosses who saw something in me. Over my past (almost) 3 years here, I have grown into a seasoned sales rep because of their guidance and help of my coworkers. They have pushed me to be my best and the experience has been more than I could hope for. I have learned so much about sales and life from some of the people here. Having people who believe in you and REWARD you when you work hard and succeed, makes work and life all the more enjoyable-- I have found that at TDM and couldn't imagine having a better group of people to work with everyday! So blessed and thankful that Tony, Jason, and Keith took a chance on me and excited for many more years of success! Pros: Fun workplace, regular contests/giveaways for sales reps, group outings, competitive office, great people!

I get beat in foosball a lot.....
