Pros

Really great BT. They genuinely care about their work.

Cons

I walked away from this job feeling completely worn down, like it took more out of me than it ever gave me back. Nothing ever felt steady because everything depended on what ever direction the CEO decided to take that week. Expectations shifted constantly, but no one bothered to explain the changes. Communication was messy, and most of the time you were left guessing or hearing things secondhand. The company does not care about the kids, the families, or their employees. Staff and clients were treated like items on a checklist instead or real people. Workload was exhausting, breaks barely existed, and even basic things like stepping away meant scrambling to find your own coverage. The clinic itself is chaotic which made everything harder, especially when safety concerns were brushed off instead of taken seriously. Turnover was constant, so you were always surrounded by new faces who were just as frustrated and confused as you were. HR was useless at best and rude at worst, and raising concerns only seemed to put a target on your back. People got let go suddenly or pushed out for not falling in line, while questionable behavior was ignored if the right person was involved. The whole place felt like a plague of bad decisions stacked on top of each other, and leaving was the only was to get any peace back.

Pros

The office was in a reasonable location and there were a few people I actually enjoyed working alongside.

Cons

• My responsibilities and the expectations placed on me shifted nearly every month without clear rationale • I was directed to prioritize one approach, made progress on that goal, then learned I should have been doing something entirely different all along • Decisions from above changed so frequently that I eventually stopped trying to understand the actual plan or direction • No one took time to clearly define what was actually expected of me beyond a vague initial job description • I spent considerable effort working toward targets that were quietly shifted mid-cycle, which made all that work feel wasted
