Awesome experience great benefits and pay.

Due to geographic limitations, most of the lab commutes from surrounding areas.

Pay is very good. Hours are fairly good as well.

Continued employment is contingent on political compatibility. The majority of Triad employees are aggressively conservative/libertarian. If they find out you are anything other than a zealot trump supporter, they will actively seek to destroy your image as an employee, destroy evidence, and fabricate negative opinions of you to fire you. To make sure you have no ability to seek legal avenues, Triad will "let you go" with the catchphrase, "you are not a good fit." Additionally, Triad purposely targets any aspect of DEI or open awareness of Black United States citizen achievements. This is acutely evident during their Juneteenth celebration. In 2024, Triad only allowed an extremely small table for Black US employees/citizens to talk about Black US employee/citizen achievements. It was so bad how Triad handled the Black community awareness table that you had to actively seek out the table. You literally had to run directly (accidentally) in to the table to be aware you found the table.
