Pros
Despite being quite large, it's more a group of friends than a company. The directors genuinely care about employees' well-being. It's not uncommon for people to get a second chance and change their position within company when they are unsatisfied. It's very easy to talk to your boss.
Cons
With the exception of few people, the staff in general is quite inexperienced. This is a great company for someone at the beginning of their career, however for senior people it can be hard to find new challenges and not be "the smartest person in the room" and get bored. The company culture is really strong which might not be for everyone (some people call it a "sect" :) The company is still quite young and so the processes are not always set and sometimes they can be experimented with. Again, this might not be always a bad thing - depends on the context. However sometimes the work can be quite ineffective.
