If you fit in well, you're going to be there for a long time.

If you don't fit in well, you may get ignored and then laid off without any discussion or concern given to holiday seasons, what else you may be able to bring to the table, etc.

There are some amazing people that work there.

The owners Robin and Eric do not genuinely care about their employees. The third owner Jill is a true gem and really put her heart into the business, but was often railroaded and dismissed by Robin and Eric.
