-Great Team to Work With (everyone is kind) -Time Off is Flexible -Treated as an Individual who is valued Rather than seen as just another worker -Management is Constantly Working to Improve Efficiency and works to improve upon systems in place within the workplace
Cons
-Although it's meant for the overall improvement of our systems in the long run, things change frequently and it can be difficult/stressful to keep up with all of the changes that go through to processes.
