Pros
They have a great idea for a tech platform, which is ahead of its time. It a small well-knit team, that is willing to help you whenever you would be stuck. You can reach out to the CEO, whenever stuck and he can help you out with a solution. The pay is good.
Cons
Rather than mentioning the cons here, I would like to mention who would not fit in. 1) If you belong to a management background, with innovative ideas to radically change the structure, this firm may not be for you. They have a set of large clients who work in their own manner which basically takes care of the firm. The CEO being a techie may not be open to new approaches. 2) If you want to enter the Edtech industry from scratch, this may not be the firm. Edtech firms usually depend on contacts and networks, developed over the years. The firms haven't invested much in online marketing apart from a few youtube videos. 3) If you are someone how does not believes in cold calling as they still rely on that as the clients they are targeting still live in that era.
