Pros
Stable employment and the employees were for the most part good people.
Cons
The pay is sad and a non-livable wage for a single person considering the cost of living in California. You have to have some kind of living "situation" to be able to barely 'live' on the wages for which you work full time and use a lot of your weekly energy for. No advancement opportunities/pay raises in sight, no help for continuing education, no communication from management at all for years of dedicated and hard working service, nada. Every year a pay raise came into question, they made up some excuse why to not give it. Considering 3% inflation every year, it was costing ME money to continue to work here! I came to the conclusion, that you're just a worker here. No loyalty, No thanks, No appreciation, No nothing.
