We have contracts with a lot of big developers.

Recently a customer called in about about getting a stamped copy of their survey which is normally $150. We could not find it, so we offered to resurvey at the full price. The right thing to do was to do it for the $150 reissue price. Our records are not well organized and are not securely filed. We lost some records a while back due to roof failure. Its a shame. We do no really care about the smaller customers.
