Pros

Great people to work with, team nights, meetings, and uncapped earnings.

Cons

Their job ads are very misleading, they claim they are hiring for a marketing associate, and no "door-to-door sales" is mentioned. During the interview process, they will tell you that you have the opportunity to make $100K+ when you make it management, which is probably true. They tell you that it will take you anywhere from 12-16 months to get there, not sure about that. They will sell you ideas, and tell you how there is so much room for growth, and how they are opening more locations to promote people to management in order for them to run it. This is more of a management training program. This job requires a ton of hard work. You have to work long hours, typically 8am to 6-7pm, commission-based with no base salary, you have to sell sports game tickets to people who typically don't want them so be prepared to get a lot of no's, work 6 days per week, no benefits offered - you have to get medical, dental, vision through the marketplace and you don't get paid time off. It is a very demanding and physically challenging job. You will need to be on your feet for hours, going door-to-door to sell game tickets. Each ticket costs $50, but you only get a $10 commission if your are an Account Executive. If you are in a higher position, you will be compensated more. You will have to opportunity to make $1,000 per week, but you have to sell a lot! As far as growth opportunities, I have not seen anyone get promoted; however, someone was being considered for a promotion when only being there for a week. If you do not mind working long hours, 6 days per week, can be on your feet for extending periods of time and enjoy walking all day, are an excellent seller and people person, and don't mind getting commission-based pay, then this job is for you. I would recommend working somewhere else, where you can earn a base salary and commission. Most retail / sales jobs do - start there first before considering this company.

Pros

Teaches you to work in a high pressure, high pace environment for very little money.

Cons

driving long distances Mon-Fri with no expenses covered. In the office at 6am and leaving the office at 7pm. some days you make $0 and some you make a couple hundred at most. It's a pyramid scheme.
