      Overall company fostered a diverse environment and encouraged team building. TPH created quality home products which were value driven. Departments worked well together.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance was a struggle specifically in the purchasing department. High turnover.

      Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

      Stagnant roles with little room for growth due to hierarchy structure.

      Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
