      Pros

      Fun office environment. Relaxed and open. Leaders in the company are competent and knowledgeable and well respected among employees and the industry so I am confident in their decisions. Ability to grow your career exists if willing to put in the time, energy and attitude.

      Cons

      Distance to work - long commute. Some strife between some departments but it seems to be getting better.

      Pros

      Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

      Stagnant roles with little room for growth due to hierarchy structure.

      Cons

      Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
