      The residents are great. They have no idea what's really going on

      Cons

      Executive management take care of themselves and their own. Anyone below them are treated like slaves work very little pay and no room for advancement

      Pros

      Wonderful community with amazing residents. You can form great relationships with them and feel like you are making a difference. If you are on management's good side it can really work in your favor.

      Cons

      Upper management is corrupt, with terrible communication in all departments and decisions made out of protecting some and screwing over others for personal reasons. Departments are completely political when it comes to working together.
