      Cons

      Insane work load. Doing the job of 2-3 employees, and no compensation or assistance. Always demanding more. 70 hour work weeks the norm. Strong bias for Italian or Argentinian employees.

      Very specialized deep foundation works and technology. Company veterans always available to share their knowledge with new hires.
