No pros if you want to waste your career then only join the organization, worst out of the worst working culture,
Cons
No work life balance No job security Need to report while closing of the store and you have to be at store till 1'O clock night if the sales figure is not achieved. No Pf, No medical, No leave, No week off on weekends even for area manager and regional manager, MD treats staff as a servant, I would not advise you to work with even if you don't have any job in your hand.
