Pros
Trevor built this company from the ground up and we use to have a cohesive team where everyone enjoyed their work. Trevor acknowledged hard work and you were rewarded for it.
Cons
Contour Ridge Private Equity company bought Trendy Minds a couple years ago and ruined everything that made this a wonderful place to work. I would not recommend working here to my worse enemy. The staff turnover is ridiculous, no one stays working here ling term any more. The only positive is that it is still LGBTQ friendly.
