Pros
* Friendly team * Holistic structure (you will gain a list of skills) * Flexible hours
Cons
* Lack of clarity * Objectives and focus - constantly changing and you will be starting projects without finishing them. * Holistic structure (causes tensions, confusion and a heavier workload) * Unorganised * Concerning behaviour of the CEO; she micro manages every step of every single person, openly and extremely racist, demeaning character (towards member of staff and clients) and she is very unprofessional (you could be in a meeting with a client and end the call abruptly by pulling out the webcam and running off. Also has mentioned racial slurs in front of employees and clients). * For a "forward"-thinking company, it fails to celebrate diversity. * Greenwashing - promotes sustainability, well-being and ethical practice; however, there was no evidence of these. * Random vanity projects squeezed in to benefit the CEO herself. * And of course the concerning hush hush erotic studio owned by the company, located downstairs, made me question Trendstop's authenticity and true values. * Unhappy members of staff; 9 out of 10 members (from sales to research team) voiced their concerns about the CEO's behaviour and decisions, that affected their mental well-being.
