Pros
Great place to work. Good work/life balance. People are amazing. Senior management are very approachable. Definitely an open door policy where you feel connected to everyone. The job is really what you make of it. If you can take initiative, reach out for help when you need it, make the most of every opportunity, etc., you can definitely grow a lot.
Cons
The reverse of the above is true - if you don't make the most of the opportunity, you can feel burnt out.
