PIERRE, ANA AND RACHEL WERE SUPER NICE!
Cons
Where do I start?
- It was only the HR people who interviewed me, not the position manager/supervisor...hence, the misunderstanding of my job description.
- It sounded too good to be true when they offered the job after 2 days of interview. It felt like the answer to my prayers at that time, so I took it desperately.
- There was no formal training for the usual stuff for new hires (health and safety, AODA, employee guidelines, whatsoever).
- Trained on the basics and overall of the company.
- Head Manager decided to have pretty much everyone to do sales (which was kinda questionable as not everyone is licensed to do so)
- The office is terribly crowded and loud all the time as everyone is trying to speak really loud on the phone.
- Everyone has their own desk but everyone can still just go and bother you as there are no proper divisions.
- Pay is average, but somehow not enough for the amount of responsibilities (and added ones)
HEAD MANAGERS, BUSINESS MANAGERS speak really street-like; saying unacceptable languages - curse, slangs.
