Pros
T&H has one of the best training programs in the country regardless of industry. If you cannot take the training with an open mind and find some success then Financial and Insurance planning( sales) is not the right path. T&H expects me to work hard and demands more than any coach, employer, teacher etc ever has from me. I value that, a lot. I can make more money they I ever thought possible at T&H and it’s directly correlated to my work ethic and willingness to learn/ try harder. I value that. My goal was to crack 6 figures by the time I was 30, T&H helped me do that at 24. Again, I am unbelievably fortunate to go to work for T&H everyday.
Cons
Everything I have said in the above Pros section can be turned into a Con. This is matter of perception. I feel spread thin at time, over worker a bit but I have a team and mentors at this company that help me get back on track. The job is hard to keep up with because it’s going well and I am helping 100s of clients each year which takes a lot of time. Most advisors would kill for that complaint.
