Pros
Great deals if you have money coming into this job to bike flip on the side, and get to meet some cool customers.
Cons
Management doesn't know what they are doing, from the corporate level to the store level. They preach about "Level 5 Leaders", but most of the people on their "Awesome Bus" aren't leaders themselves and it's super discouraging. Never being given a fair shake even though I applied to 3 different leadership positions, with myself having a decade of management experience under my belt. Feedback for why was "You gotta tell yourself you are awesome everyday", "We feel you are over-confident, and those people in our experience can't take feedback." All the smoke and mirrors is a 100% red flag. Communication is a huge one. Corporate says one thing, management says another. Perfect example is how they are flip flopping hours and responsibilities back and forth. "Defined roles"; my job description changes whenever my bosses feels like it, taking on higher amounts of responsibility without an increase in my paycheck, and a reduction of hours on top of that during slow season.
