Cool product, great engineering team - Software Engineer Treecard Employee Review

Despite being an early-stage start-up, Treecard has the feel of a mature, well-run company. Everything feels very organized from both a company and tech perspective. Everyone is friendly and helpful and it feels like everyone is just trying to do good without a personal agenda. There is a lot of work to do but the pace is very manageable. Everyone works full-remote so the company fully supports it. The great compensation and benefits are the icing on the cake.

I have no downsides to report.

Working at Treecard really feels like I am contributing to the change I want to see in the world. It is a fast-paced and empowering startup environment. The team at Treecard is compromised of a group of extremely passionate, intelligent, and accomplished individuals, that allow me to learn and grow every single day.

A completely remote work environment, but that is mitigated, by amazing quarterly retreats, where everybody in the company gets together in person.
