Pros
In Tredence, a Business Analyst is seen through the same lens as an SBA, an AM or above. We are all encouraged to be leaders. I quote this from a recent instance where I was given a chance to work on a "simmer project", with the condition that if it worked, Tredence would celebrate the innovation by implementing the solution, to create greater value add and impact for our clients. And so it was done. There is honestly, transparency and learning unmatched in such experiences. It also prepares you to think out of the box and out of your comfort zone when you are confronted with challenging business problems.
Cons
Not a con as such, but it would be great if the management could consider courses where we can be certified by an external platform such as Coursera.
