- They will make you work until you drop.
- They won't approve your sick leave. Even when you're sick, they'll force you to work. They'll inhumanly insist that you show up and complete your shift.
- Repetitive work only. No learning.
- You'll work like a robot. Even when you know their product is harming patients, you have to keep telling people to use it.
- You can't use your own judgment to treat patients. You're forced to follow their nonsensical SOPs and nothing else.
