Nice family like working environment.

Not many promotions opportunity as the company is well established and there are no many vacancies if you aspire to go up in the hierarchy.

The location is great for afterwork plans Generally good working environment since the manager is in another office They did me a favor of not loosing time with them anymore and by that improving my career You will see new employers that will last shortly. From outside it might look like a whorehouse.

Lack of transparency. Unclear goals. The Work shift is horrendous but explainable bearing in mind that they are working mainly with US clients No proper training whatsoever
