Pros
Some unimportant perks. Some decent people who should save themselves and go elsewhere.
Cons
The CTO is often ignored. The CEO is disconnected and just a pawn of the arrogant senior managers. The senior managers are more about prestige than competence, and some of them look down on women. Innovation is discouraged. HR is more interested in looking important than providing any genuine help, often looking for excuses to prosecute. Employees are forced to sign off sick because of stress, and some left the company because of that.
