Pros
The pay is supposed to be "market competitive." You work individually for the most part with assistance from a senior position. Your supervisor does not check punctuality and you are encouraged to take breaks throughout the day. The training program is in depth and the company is a cash cow leading to positive job security.
Cons
The pay is supposed to be competitive; however you will soon find that corporate bureaucracy will keep the talented under and the abusers above. Standard promotions, which include pay raises, are often missed due to poor management. Career advancement is supposed to be a ladder system of Trainee, Associate, and Account Executive within a reasonable time of training but the supervisor is ultimately responsible for "entering" eligible employees prior to promotional dates. Promotions occur semi-annually. Although TRV promotes organic growth, a poor rapport with a direct supervisor will hinder your growth opportunities despite positive relationships with other management.
