Lots of options for advancement

The pay is not great

Good pay and thats about it.

After working here for more than 7 years, I can say the most frustrating part is the way management treats employees. There is a noticeable lack of respect, and communication often comes across as rude or dismissive. Too often, they assume drivers are lying or making excuses instead of listening and addressing concerns fairly. This creates an atmosphere of distrust, which makes it hard to feel valued as part of the team.
