      - software engrs, support, techs and sysadmin are experts in their field

      Cons

      - managers lack people skills - too much office politics - managers think that they know everything - will always look to blame the technical resource even if they did not follow his advise.

      Pros

      Generous pay structure, including bonuses and commission. I was not with the company long enough to receive bonuses.

      Cons

      Zero training. I came into this role brand new to the industry and wasn’t given any parameters to operate within. Everything was up to me on how I operated, but with no experience in the industry I didn’t know what to do.
