      Pros

      Interesting projects, good mentoring and a lively team to learn from.

      Cons

      It got stagnating for me after 2 years. As in other small design firms, the protocol for making design decisions is quite dictatorial, and because of the small scale of the team, there wasn't much scope for monetary growth.
