the office was quiet because very few people worked there.

owner was verbally abusive toward employees, and was there maximum 1-2 days a week. the business is heavily supported by temp workers who get blamed for things going wrong, although they were going wrong before they worked there. employees are responsible for mistakes and outstanding payments from before they started working there. owner is looking to get money from businesses that shut down over 8 years ago. requests work and doesn't pay for their service. assigns multiple jobs to employees to compensate for not having people hired for those jobs. you work 3 jobs and get paid for 1.
