Pros
I am a long time employee with Tranter and have seen many changes. Some have been good and some have been bad, but we are headed for the top again. We have a very good management team and some of the best people I have ever worked with. Our engineering team, inside sales and support staff are very good for the most part and will not be out worked to get a job completed and on time. Most will go above and beyond to help the customer! The manufacturing and field service teams are very knowledgeable and strive to produce the best quality, get the customer up and running as quick as possible and make the required delivery. All in all, a great place to work!
Cons
Sometimes we do not think outside the box. We struggle at times with rush or emergency parts shipments on the weekends.
