Pros

They are good with allowing time off for appointments with a minimum of 3 day notice.

Cons

No camaraderie amongst peers. Besides reading emails and alerts on what and what not to do, you are basically just working.

Pros

WFH; Hours; Easy interview process;

Cons

TSI supervisors on the project were terrible. There was no support after training. If you can take criticism from the supervisors all day while answering 100 calls then this is the place for you
