Pros
It was a very fun place to work and life balance was great at this company. There were many talented people working there and the turnover ratio was extremely low comparing to large public organizations.
Cons
As a private company, it was not as structured as large organizations. Managment had little standard and policy set up and oftentimes micro-managed the company.
