Pros
Excellent pay, excellent benefits! All my supervisors have been knowledgeable and understanding. Communication is excellent. There have not been many problems but when there is one they actually take the time to hear you out and come to a way to correct it.
Cons
Fortunately there's not many that I can think of. The job can be challenging and difficult due to working outside in extreme weather conditions. That's just what the job entails it is certainly not a defect with the company or the management
