If you were experiencing concerns about the company at that time, you should have contacted your management team/HR for assistance as we have an open-door policy. As you may already know the company is continuing to grow which will open up more opportunities in the near future. In addition, we post all our open positions on a monthly basis so current staff members are always welcome to apply internally and TMS will take into consideration promoting within. However, if a staff member is happy to be in their position for long period of time that is always a positive, because it offers stability, job security and growth opportunity in the future due to the years of experience with TMS. Also, to respond to your question regarding breakfast, not only do we have free breakfast every Friday, we also have monthly employee activities, employee of the year award, employee of the quarter, quarterly luncheons, monthly newsletter and much more to keep communication open with our staff members and to promote good employee morale, employee engagement and employee appreciation.
