Pros
Management team care about their people, are very kind and approachable. Lots of flexibility and a strong family friendly focus. Strong feedback culture with lots of improvements and new initiatives being made based on feedback from staff via Company Retros, surveys and general 1 to 1 feedback. Currently a strong focus on training & development as well as growth. Lots of great perks and benefits recently introduced too.
Cons
The recent pandemic has meant taking on some projects that have not been ideal, however the business has come out of the pandemic well and the quality of projects is improving.
