      state of the art ships ,very young fleet,great safety culture

      Cons

      unsaid racism from the western office, stability persists but very less ships and lot of waiting plus no(none at all) prospects of promotion.

      Pros

      The best shore management who backs their employees. Its like working for a family and the mgmt takes care of you personally, they are loyal and willing to go the extra mile for you.

      Cons

      Fleet is small which is actually a plus but due to that the waiting time is more for Jr officers
