      They if you have experience you can make $29/ hr as a youth care worker. Direct care staff. If you have leadership qualities they will make a supervisor very quickly.

      Cons

      Can be stressful and sometimes toxic, but overall not bad. Some workers just don’t care but they end up fired and a lot of turnover.

      The clientele are great to work with. Every day is a different day.

      The management has a hair-trigger and may fire people at will, seemingly without reason. Apparent disregard for the NSWA Code of Ethics
