Pros
Excellent company for carreer startup, especially for student. Management has no problems with flexible working hours. There are a lot of young people and atmosphere is really cool.
Cons
Company structure is stiff, so you have no chance of becoming something more than project manager. Low salaries and lot of patchwork projects.
