Pros
They covered supervision while I was still working towards my associate License One WHOLE 5 hour paid holiday a year (after working there a year) for FFS clinicians
Cons
Actively makes being a therapist harder by implementing garbage infrastructure and forcing therapists to use it, hiring unethical providers who hinder services rendered to your clients, providing a pittance in terms of PTO/sick time, hiring actively rude executive staff who talk down to employees and force the best admin team members to leave, opening up new offices before clinicians at other offices can even get anyone on their schedule. The list goes on literally dont work for these people if you can avoid it
