Nothing much really - it's a decent company

Decent pay package and benefits, but newer joiners have been comped less for the same role

Usual consultancy BS, there are projects and clients everyone wants to avoid. No care for skills development or actual career development, it's just a case of bum on a seat Only promote people who fit the mould Definitely promote land and expand, despite claims to be different from other larger more well known consultancies
