      Pros

      Great organisation to work for, Loads of amazing training and lots of scope to progress. Support for staff in unequaled and you really feel like you are important. 9.5% payrise for lowest paid staff this year will really help. Lots of employee bonuses.

      Cons

      Hard work but very rewarding. Unfortunatly getting good quality staff at such a low pay grade has been challenging for transform, I hope this improves with the pay rise.

      A challenging but incredibly rewarding job. Transform really cares about its people and clients.

      Cons

      The sector does not pay well, whilst Transform does it’s best, it can only pay what it can afford
