      Overall I like the culture. The option to use the video camera during web meetings is yours, it is not mandated by the organization.

      Cons

      The job itself is rather boring, it could be less boring if more product related responsibilities were allowed.

      Thank you for joining Transflo and pointing out the company culture and flexibility. As far as the SDR job duties- agreed that it can be challenging to cold call day after day. I would encourage you to ACE your current role and then look to career path/promote to a RAM role which would provide product related responsibilities.

      This place is terrible. Stay away.

      Cons

      The work environment here at Transflo is as unstable as the leadership. The workloads here are inconsistent, which means the work environment is much more stressful because one day you have almost nothing to do, then the next day you'll be overwhelmed and bombarded with tons of tasks and responsibilities.
