Pros
The people, in general, are very friendly (at the worker level). I stayed as long as I did because I really liked the people I worked with. The pay was okay, but not enough to keep me here. Lots of career opportunities (mostly because of the high staff turnover).
Cons
Management, from the CEO on down, are rude, driven solely by their bonus plans and/or because they are being yelled at by the CEO, treat their teams with disrespect and condescension. Benefits are average at best, but you will work yourself to the bone for what you earn. There is no 8 hour day here--more like 10-12. Rather than understand that a new headcount is required, you will be belittled and treated like you are stupid/can't do the job. Typical of the equity cycle. NOTE: there are suddenly a lot of positive reviews on Glassdoor. They are being posted by HR to up the profile. Notice how similar they are. Typical of a company that cannot think outside the box.
