Some really nice smart people (who have all just been laid off)
Cons
The company is in a mess. The people who are responsible for the mess are still there. They have laid off lots of people and kept the people who play politics not the people who are smart and talented. Technology is obsolete. Processing is slow. It's 1998 at Transamerica. Don't work for them and don't buy any of their mediocre products.
