Pros
Hard to find any pros. You are only promoted if you are best friends with one of the supervisors.
Cons
no work/life balance at all. When requesting time off it must be taken in 4 hour increments; and a don't even think about asking for the day off after Thanksgiving in 2011. Must clock in before work, clock in and out at lunch and again when you leave.
